Content you upload remains yours. Pulse logos, branding, software, and other platform materials belong to Pulse and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2. License to Pulse

By uploading content, you grant Pulse a limited license to host, display, store, and distribute that content only as needed to operate the service. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where retention is required by law.

3. No unauthorized use

Do not upload content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights. Pulse does not support piracy and may remove infringing content after review.

4. Reporting copyright concerns

Pulse reviews copyright concerns through moderation and policy review.

Please include sufficient information to help us review your concern, such as:

Your contact information
Identification of the copyrighted work
Where the material appears on Pulse (link, profile, or post details)
A statement that you believe the use is not authorized

5. Review process

Copyright complaints are reviewed by our team. Valid concerns may result in content removal or other restrictions after review. If you believe content was removed in error, contact davidjapharidze444@gmail.com with additional context.

Pulse does not operate a formal legal portal or guarantee specific legal outcomes, response times, or court-equivalent rulings.

6. Repeat violations

Users who repeatedly violate copyright policy may face content removal or account restrictions after review. Pulse does not perform automatic account suspension; decisions are made following review.
