By using Pulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms describe how the platform works and the responsibilities of users and Pulse. Our goal is fair, understandable rules — not to intimidate, but to support a safer community.

• You must provide accurate account information and meet minimum age requirements
• One person, one account
• Keep your login credentials private; Pulse will never ask for your password
• Do not sell, transfer, or share your account with others

You are responsible for content you post and interactions you initiate.

Share only content you have the right to share. Be respectful in posts, comments, and messages. Do not use Pulse for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or abuse.

Content you upload (photos, videos, text, audio, and other materials) remains yours. You grant Pulse a limited license to host, display, store, and distribute that content only as needed to operate the service — for example, to show your posts to other users according to your settings.

This license ends when you delete content or close your account, except where retention is required by law.

You may not use Pulse to post or promote:

• Illegal content or activity
• Child sexual abuse material or exploitation
• Harassment, hate, threats, or violence
• Spam, scams, phishing, or impersonation
• Content that violates others' rights, including copyright

Pulse may review reported content and take action when content or behavior violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Actions may include content removal, hiding content, warnings, or account restrictions — based on review, not automatic enforcement.

Moderation decisions may consider user reports, policy review, and applicable safety requirements. You may contact davidjapharidze444@gmail.com with questions about enforcement decisions.

Pulse does not perform automatic account termination or automated legal decisions.

Pulse aims to keep the service available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time. We will communicate significant changes through the app where appropriate.

Pulse is a platform for user-generated content. Users are responsible for the content they post. The service is provided as available. Pulse is not responsible for interactions between users or for third-party links, except where required by applicable law.
